The Vault Warehouse: Today's Transformation

The Vault Warehouse was built in the early 1900s. It is one of the few structures in Southern California to survive the 1933 Long Beach Earthquake of 6.4 magnitude. At that time, The Vault Warehouse served as a fireproof storage and moving facility. Since then, The Vault Warehouse has served various purposes before finally becoming Working Artist Lofts. We are committed to enhancing the community we are a part of, both artistically and geographically.
