To apply to live in our working artist lofts, please review the following guidelines carefully:

The Vault Warehouse artist lofts are designated as 66% studio, and 33% living space - strictly enforced.  Living space refers to sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen & closet areas.

​

No mechanical equipment shall be used which generates noise higher than the noise standards established for residential uses (Chapter 8.80 of the Municipal Code).

​

No retail space is permitted within The Vault Warehouse.

​

In order to qualify as a working artist, you must have a current Long Beach business license (as an artist).

​

You will need to provide your art portfolio along with rental application.

​

We understand art takes many forms, and thank you for your understanding as we comply with city regulations.
